Terms of service

At Geno, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues, please reach out to us at pistachiogeno@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve them.


Ordering

Once you place an order, we will review and process it. If any information is missing or if we anticipate an issue, we will contact you. Otherwise, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days, with delivery expected within 2-4 business days.

Discounted Items: Only one discounted product may be purchased per customer.


Pricing

Payment is taken at checkout, and you will be charged the price displayed at the time of purchase.


Product Variations

From time to time, our jars may slightly differ in appearance due to quality control updates. If any significant changes occur, we will notify you before dispatch.


Quality Concerns

We take pride in delivering high-quality products. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If there is an issue with your order, email us at pistachiogeno@gmail.com with details and images if necessary.

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us immediately. We cannot accept responsibility for quality deterioration due to the following:

  • Incorrect delivery addresses
  • Unopened parcels
  • Delays caused by extreme weather
  • Deliveries where the recipient is unavailable

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase. Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received to qualify for a refund. Opened products cannot be returned unless faulty.

For quality-related issues, we will cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed within 30 days.

Promotional & Sale Items: Orders placed during promotions or sales are not eligible for refunds.


Delivery

We use trusted couriers to deliver across the UK within 2-3 business days. Some remote areas may take longer.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, we cannot be responsible for delays due to:

  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Unforeseen courier disruptions

If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe location. You can provide delivery instructions at checkout.


Payment

We accept payments online via Maestro, Solo, Electron, Apple pay, Visa, and MasterCard.  . All transactions are securely processed, and we do not store or have access to your payment details. If payment is not successfully processed, your order will not be completed. Please ensure you receive both an order confirmation and a payment confirmation email.


Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations are only possible before an order has been processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
